You receive a clear, tailored proposal with recommended services, estimated costs, and the next steps for your project.

 

 

Project work

 

Your project may involve organising, scanning, or restoration, depending on your needs, and is completed with care and attention.

 

 

 

 

Completion

 

Once each phase is complete, you receive your finished items along with any relevant files, notes, or suggestions for what comes next.

Hi, I’m Robyn, owner of RJ Photo Management.

Photography has always been part of my life. I previously worked in the photo printing and restoration industry, and I have always loved capturing nature, landscapes, and the places our family has explored together.

As part of a Defence family, we have moved often, and with every move I was reminded how important photos and memories really are. They hold our history, connect us to people and places, and help keep meaningful stories close.

After discovering The Photo Managers, the idea of helping others organise and care for photo collections began to grow. RJ Photo Management was created to help families keep their memories organised, secure, and portable, wherever life’s journey takes them.

My approach is calm, thoughtful, and tailored to each client, with the aim of making the process feel clear and manageable from the beginning.

 

Pricing

Every photo collection is different, so pricing is tailored to the scope of your project, the services involved, and the time required.
Whether you need help with photo organising, scanning, or restoration, you will receive clear recommendations and a written proposal before any project work begins.
 
Photo Call
A complimentary 15-minute phone call to answer initial questions and help you decide on the next best step for your photo collection.
 
Initial Consultation
The first step is an initial consultation, where we talk through your collection, your goals, and the type of support you need.
 
Initial consultation: 60–90 minutes
Fee: $140 inc GST
If you choose to proceed, the consultation fee is credited toward Phase 1 of your project.
 
Project Pricing
After the consultation, you will receive a written proposal outlining the recommended services, estimated costs, and suggested next steps.
Project pricing is based on the size and condition of your collection, the services required, and the time involved. This allows each project to be tailored to your needs rather than fitted into a one-size-fits-all package.
 
Phased Projects
Many projects are completed in stages, especially where collections are larger or include a mix of services.
A phased approach helps keep the process manageable and allows work to move forward at a pace that feels comfortable for you. There is no obligation to continue beyond each agreed phase.
 
Payment Terms
A deposit is required before work begins on each phase of the project. The remaining balance is invoiced on completion of that phase.
Any third-party costs, such as external hard drives, album supplies, or specialist printing, will be discussed and approved in advance.
